The calculators produce indicative scenarios based only on the figures you enter. They are educational and planning tools, not an offer, a sanction, a quote, or personalised financial, tax or legal advice.

ByeToEMI does not lend money, arrange loans, act as a broker or agent, or forward your details to any lender. Using this site creates no client or advisory relationship. Decisions about borrowing, prepaying or transferring a loan remain entirely yours, and you should confirm figures with your lender and, where appropriate, a qualified professional.

Nothing on this site guarantees that any lender will approve you, or offer you a particular interest rate, amount or tenure, or that a saving shown in a scenario will be achieved. Eligibility and pricing are decided by lenders using information and policies we have no access to.

It is your responsibility to verify every figure with the relevant bank or lender — the Key Fact Statement, sanction letter, annual percentage rate, fee schedule, prepayment terms and amortisation statement — before you commit to anything.

The site is offered free of charge and without any uptime commitment. Pages, calculators or individual features may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time, including for maintenance, and links may change as the site develops. No feature is guaranteed to remain available.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the site.

We work to keep the formulas and content correct and document our assumptions on the methodology page, but we cannot guarantee that a result matches your lender's statement. Rates, fees, rounding conventions and lender policies vary and change.

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByeToEMI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on these calculations or from use of the site.
