Privacy policy

Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your loan amount, interest rate, tenure, prepayment plans and balance transfer offers are processed on your own device.

These loan values are not sent to a ByeToEMI server, because the calculators do not use one. If this ever changes — for example if we add an optional save-your-plan feature — this page will be updated before the change goes live, and any such feature will be opt-in.

You do not need to register. We do not ask for your name, phone number, email, PAN, Aadhaar, income or employer, and there is no form on this site that collects them.

Sharing features (copy summary, WhatsApp, the native share sheet and shareable links) include only the loan numbers you entered. They never include personal identifiers.

We store one small preference in your browser's local storage: your light or dark theme choice. It stays on your device, is not readable by us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

The site is served through a hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare). To deliver pages, apply caching and protect the site from abuse, that provider automatically processes standard request information: your IP address, browser and device user agent, the URL requested, referring page, approximate location derived from the IP address, and timestamps. This is a normal part of serving any website, is retained by the provider under its own policies, and is used for delivery, security and aggregate diagnostics rather than to profile you.

If a page throws a JavaScript error, technical diagnostic information about that error may be recorded so the fault can be fixed. Such reports contain the error and the page it happened on, not your loan figures.

No third-party analytics or measurement service is in use at the time of the last update shown above. If one is added later, this page will name it, describe what it collects and state how to opt out, before the change goes live.

Advertising is currently switched off, so no advertising code is loaded and no advertising cookies are set through this site. When Google AdSense is enabled in future, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to serve, personalise, cap and measure advertisements and to detect invalid traffic, based on your visits to this and other websites.

Where consent is legally required — for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — advertising will only be served after consent is collected through a Google-certified consent management platform. The cookie policy lists what is stored today.

• Loan figures you enter: processed in your browser for the calculation you asked for, not transmitted to us, not retained anywhere.
• Hosting and security logs: used to deliver and protect the site, retained by the hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention policy.
• Error diagnostics: used only to identify and fix faults.
• Theme preference: kept on your device until you clear your browser data.

We do not sell personal information, we do not build advertising or marketing profiles ourselves, and we do not share your details with lenders or lead buyers.

• Clear cookies and site data, or use a private window; the calculators keep working, because they do not need cookies.

• Once a consent management platform is active, change or withdraw your consent at any time from its control.

This site is a general-purpose financial calculator and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age.
