• Calculation corrections: the loan amount, rate, tenure and any strategy settings you used, plus what you expected. That lets the scenario be reproduced exactly.
• Content feedback: the page URL and the sentence you think is unclear or wrong.

For any of that, your lender's customer service is the right place. If a lender has not resolved a complaint, the RBI integrated ombudsman scheme is the escalation route.
